HumansAI agrees to maintain the confidentiality of client information and project details. Clients are also expected to treat proprietary information shared by HumansAI with confidentiality.
6. PAYMENT TERMS AND PROJECT DELIVERY
Payment terms, including pricing, invoicing, and payment methods, Project timelines and delivery schedules will be communicated and agreed upon before the commencement of the project. Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances may be communicated to the client promptly.

HumansAI makes no warranties or representations about the suitability, reliability, or accuracy of the information and services provided on this website. All services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

11. SOFTWARE AS A SERVICE (SaaS) AND CODE OWNERSHIP
HumansAI delivers software solutions as Software as a Service (SaaS). This means that clients will be granted access to the software, but ownership of the underlying code remains with HumansAI. Clients are provided with a license to use the software for the duration of the service agreement.

HumansAI retains exclusive ownership and rights to the software code developed or utilized in providing services. The client acknowledges that the source code, algorithms, and any related intellectual property are proprietary to HumansAI and are considered confidential information.
13. ACCESS AND CONFIGURATION
Clients are granted access to the software for the purpose of using its features and functionalities. HumansAI is responsible for configuring the software to align with the client’s work processes, as agreed upon in the project scope. Clients do not have the right to modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the software.

HumansAI is committed to maintaining the security of client data within the software. While HumansAI takes reasonable measures to protect data, clients are responsible for ensuring the security of their login credentials and any sensitive information within the system.
15. SERVICE TERMINATION
Upon termination of the service agreement, clients may lose access to the software. HumansAI is not responsible for the retention or transfer of any data, configurations, or customizations made by the client within the software.
16. SOFTWARE UPDATES
HumansAI reserves the right to update, modify, or enhance the software periodically. Clients will be notified in advance of any planned updates that may impact their use of the software.

Clients are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works based on the software. Any unauthorized use of the software may result in the termination of services and legal action.

By engaging with HumansAI’s services, clients acknowledge and agree to the following data usage terms:

HumansAI may share client data with trusted third-party service providers, subcontractors, or partners as necessary for the provision of services. These third parties are bound by confidentiality agreements and are required to handle client data securely.
